M. Stephen Hanson

M. Stephen Hanson is a native of Kentucky.  He attended Centre College and received his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Kentucky.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor.  He has continued his education through the Life Underwriters Training Council, College for Financial Planning and is a graduate of the Tax Institute on Estate Planning held at Colorado State University. 

Mr. Hanson, President of Pinnacle Planning Group, Inc., has been involved in the financial services industry since 1990.  He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table.  He is the recipient of numerous awards and appointments from several companies including but not limited to Fidelity Investments, Franklin-Templeton Investments, Penn Mutual, MetLife, Pacific Life and John Hancock.

As a LPL Registered Reprsentative, Mr. Hanson holds Series 6, 7 and 63 securities registrations through LPL Financial.  He is a frequent speaker at both publicly and privately sponsored seminars on estate and investment planning.  He is a sought after business consultant in the healthcare and highway construction industries.  Mr. Hanson, his wife Jennifer, and their four children are active within the Lexington Community.  Mr. Hanson is a member of Lexington Country Club and is a past board member/trustee of Ashland Park Neighborhood Association, Second Presbyterian Church, Lexington Children’s Theater and Andover Golf and Country Club.
